          KULLANIM


          A)   Geçmişte başlayan ve hala devam etmekte olan eylemleri ifade ederken kullanılır. Bu durumlarda “for”
             ve “since” bağlaçlarıyla çok yaygın kullanılmaktadır.

            ➠   I have been attending a language school for over five months.

            ➠   Julia has been trying to get a job since she graduated from university, but she couldn’t find a decent one yet.
            ➠   I have been working on my thesis all day long.
            ➠   She has been watching television too much lately.

            ➠   My mother has been feeling depressed for the last two months.
          Bu durumda kullanılan diğer zaman zarfları da şunlardır:



            Recently / lately    for / in / during / over the last five years  all morning / day
                                       up to now / up until now


          B)   Eylemler tamamlanmış ancak etkisi ya da sonucu görülebiliyorsa kullanılır.


            ➠   Neil     : She looks drowsy.
                 Zoe     : Yeah, she’s been sleeping. She has just woken up.


            ➠   Mother     : Your t-shirt is in full dirt again!
                    Son   : Sorry Mum. I’ve been playing football.
